Understanding Account Parameters

When your account is approved and set up with Allied Payments, we create a "profile" for your business. We utilize the information from your application and processing history to help us create your profile. The main reason behind having a business profile for each merchant is to identify abnormal activity and fraud as soon as it begins.


What Information Is Contained In My Profile?

  • Your average monthly volume
  • Your average transaction size
  • Your largest transaction amounts
  • Your average number of transactions per day/week/month


What Should I Do If The Parameters Above Have Changed?

If your transaction size, number of transactions, or monthly volume has decreased, you do not need to contact us. If anything has increased, or you plan on increasing and growing, please let us know so we can make the necessary changes to ensure you are set up correctly.
